Terms of Service

By booking a session or placing an order with Tilting Tripods Photography (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

We provide photography services for schools, events, and personal bookings. Services may include digital images, printed products, and customized photography packages.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once a date and package have been agreed to.

  • A 50% deposit is required for private or school-managed bookings.

  • Payments can be made via EFT, online order system, or approved school invoicing.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 5 business days before the shoot.

  • In the event of weather or emergency delays, we will reschedule where possible.

  • Printed items and customized orders cannot be refunded once processed.

4. Delivery

  • Preview images are delivered digitally within 3–5 days.

  • Final edits and printed products are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the order.

  • For school photos, deliveries are arranged via the school administration.

5. Use of Images

By using our services, you grant permission for Tilting Tripods Photography to use selected images for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless a written request for exclusion is provided.

6. Liability

We are not liable for loss, injury, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including equipment failure, weather, or third-party delays.
